The Flower of Life is probably the most universal mandala we know. Being a sacred geometry, its design begins with a central point that symbolizes creation, a concentrating place of energies from which all things arise, and from where we initially position ourselves to embark on a path drawn by 19 concentric circles, with infinite possibilities. We'll choose one, we'll be able to change routes later, and even, in moments of pure indecision or loss, return to the main point, the central one, and from there we'll set out again; of course, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that these sometimes labyrinthine paths are traced within an outer circle that acts as a containment and limits the space, granting that feeling of protection.
