Bobbin lace is a traditional textile lace technique that involves interlacing threads that are initially wound onto bobbins.
Traditionally, they are made with linen, silk, wool, and cotton threads. Bobbin lace developed from braids and trimmings in 16th-century Italy.
Our intention is to evolve traditional artisan techniques to preserve our artistic heritage, bringing it into current fashion. We want to preserve beauty, taking local traditions and techniques as our starting point, which we adopt to integrate them into our present, beautiful and versatile. As an example of this, you can find some unique pieces, such as lace handmade by artisans of Galician origin.
