RETURNS

You can return or change any item purchased through our website or in our showroom. To make the change or return from home, follow the instructions below. Please remember that the deadline for any change or return is 15 days from the date of purchase.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

REQUEST COLLECTION

Send an email to info@clo.es or call us at 910520059 indicating:

Write in the subject: return or change respectively.

The number of the order

The list of products you want to return or change (with their respective references).

Please indicate the time at which you would prefer the carrier to pass by your address and we will try to adjust the delivery to it.

PACKING

Pack the items to be returned in the original packaging without removing their label. Include in the package the purchase invoice and seal the package

CARRIER

We will send a carrier to pick up the package.

REFUND

Your return request will be processed when we receive the package and check that everything is in the same condition as shipped. Remember that you will receive a refund once we have accepted the return and that your bank processes it (the estimated time varies depending on the bank). The deadline may be up to 15 working days.

The customer will be reimbursed the amount of the products, except the shipping costs that will be borne by the customer as included in the following points:

NOTICE FOR CHANGES: To make changes, you will need to keep in mind that we cannot make changes between different products, only changes in size and color are possible, so if you need to change an article for a different one, we will refund the cost of your order and you can make a new purchase online.

If you want to make a change of size or color, in the email you send to us, you must indicate along with the list of products, the new sizes, and colors.

Shipping costs include transport, insurance, and customs clearance at source. For deliveries in countries outside the European Union, customs charges at the destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; the consignee will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the merchandise.

The recipient will be responsible for all import expenses and taxes that are generated at the customs office of destination, whether the merchandise is delivered or not.

We will try to send the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient will have to take into account the dispositions of the country of destination for the importation of the requested articles since CLO EDESIGN INTERNATIONAL S.L. has no responsibility for them. Nor shall CLO EDESIGN INTERNATIONAL S.L. be responsible for the effects of strikes, war conflicts, or other circumstances beyond its control.

CLO EDESIGN INTERNATIONAL S.L. will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any items contained in a shipment.

SHIPMENTS

*Shipments of purchases made between the 4th and 21st of August may be delayed. Once the orders have been confirmed, we will contact the customers to communicate these delays.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User when placing the Order within approximately 5 working days from the day of purchase in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, reaching up to 10 working days in case of the Canary Islands. In the case of shipping outside Spain, delivery times can reach 15 working days.

In the case of shipments with express service, the delivery time will be 24/48 working hours from the day of purchase.

During the month of August, shipments may be delayed up to 10 business days.

The delivery will be made through a courier service.

does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.

It will be understood that the delivery has been made when the Products purchased are made available to the User in the place indicated by the latter for delivery at the time of placing the Order. Once the delivery has been made the User assumes all risk for loss, theft, or any other damage or deterioration suffered by the Products included in the Order.

Delivery times are approximate, although CLO EDESIGN INTERNATIONAL S.L. tries to comply with them.
